The President of the Senate, Mike Pence, Certifies the Vote Goes Forward

Gore was upholding the bourgeois principle that there must be a peaceful transfer of power even if he was robbed as a person. Trump refused to do that after the November 2020 election and he used the courts, state legislatures Republican governors independent groups of ad hoc electors who said they were valid electoral votes. Mike Pence has the ability in his ceremonial position as the president of the Senate because he is the vice president that he has the ability to not certify the results of the electoral college which had already been decided on December 14th. The crowd marched and led by fascists from the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys  they marched on the Capitol they stormed the Capitol for no apparent reason.
