Joe Stalin's Five Year Plan for China
On August 20th, Joe sat across the table from Stalin. The great Russian leader would be dead in seven months, but he was still very much alive and very much intimidating. Unlike Joe, who was not an economics and finance guy, Stalin was. He couldn't scoff enough at the plan Joe presented. And I'm sure even Premier Joe had to be squirming in his seat. No question about it. Joe's wish list had 151 projects listed.
