If you're buying an old rundown house, you're probably only going to appeal to some of the groups that you might be concerned about. If you're buying a nice new townhouse and a development where it's a community feel, lots of owner-occupiers in there, then you could get anyone. I just think there's a mix of everyone. So it depends a little bit on what you buy.
