The Trends in Pastoral Education

A lot of students come to seminary or Bible college, and they just are assuming they're going to get everything that they need. And so a lot of times what happens is they don't realize they're ill-equipped until they get into pastoral ministry and they don't know how to do these things. So it's got to be learned in the local church, which is the best place to learn from pastors.
