What Really Works for Me?

What really works for me, in this order, if you have the time to do it, is number one exercise. If i can just get into the gem and work out, it just has this effect of just calming my mind down. And then i'm in a much better position to decide how i'm going to react to something that's frustrating me. The other thing that i can tell you is awareness is separate from emotion and thought,. which means that you actually can choose how to respond to the motional intensity that you're feeling.
