Ray Gunner is an open source tool for doing testing in a very coherent way. Just put your code in GitHub, create a pull request, and it will just run the test. You can also set up a server in the config file so say you wanted to run it on a local server or whatever you're doing. It's all on GitHub. If it isn't actually fully integrated into Visual Studio yet? That's fine.
