Doing Gratitude Meditations Can Make You Happier

Just doing gratitude every day literally changes the chemical's new brain in the same way that antidepressants do. You can basically, you know, make those more favorable yourself just by doing certain gratitude type of meditations. And there is that moment if you've ever done any sort of gratitude work or you and I have both practice yoga. One of my favorite yoga teachers always ends class with kind of a moment of gratitude.
