The intentional pneumothorax is definitely one of our strong suits that other people just don't have. You can stick it with either a microwave and use the freeze function if you're using a new wave. The same goes for cryo, you can stick and freeze and then pull it off and then actually do your freeze cycles. In general, if a tumor is greater than three centimeters, unless it's right on the pleura involving the chest wall, then I generally will use microwave.
