Beduff is the way that we used to do teir development, totally. Beduff is their acranym for big design up front. By the time you've actually started flushing out and building the application, the needs have changed. It's when we're writing software, whether it's for business or for somebody, or whatever, you're doing it to fulfil a need. The needs of the business change just as much as the needs of the software itself change.
