But there's nothing like a good old fashioned recession to clear out the week and the deadwood are basically alive because they're just funded by debt. So you need this recycling of human assets. It is now the time, you know, COVID, you would say, certainly one of those unusually monstrous, entirely unpredictable economic crisis scenarios.
