Communication among your league is probably the most valuable thing. It could be a slack channel, it can be whatevera a facebook group. As long as you're all in the same place where people talk about what happens in the leagues, people can respond. You know, it's fun is when you do a trade and then ten other managers in the league all have opinions about who got robbed,. which trade was better for who.
