Platinum is great, but i to me, it just seems like this. Even though it's a precious metal, i guess you could argue also an industrial metal,. But to me, i don't get it in the same way as gold and silver. Rhodium is great too. You look at the price appreciation of rhodium over the past decade or so - phenomenal. It's typically sold in sponge form, know, which is not sponge. And you can't contaminate it. Its just gold and silver are typically the go tos.
