I'm curious though, when he shared with the team that realization about his speech impediment, and how that really triggered him. What was their response to him? Img, they didn't say much in the moment, and i don't know. And i sort of awo left the space. I wanted them to not respond, because didn't want them to feel pressure to respond in any unauthentic way. Moments like that are so, so special, so connecting. It is important how we proceed from there, that we follow up with it.
