Is China Sending a Surveillance Balloon Over Us?

The Chinese did not want to disrupt the summit. China's been on a charm offensive for the last few months ever since President Xi and Biden met in Bali. This was not something where the Chinese learned a whole lot as best I can tell. We seem to have interfered with the ability of the balloon to glean certain intelligence. But we are that again, are that we carry out on them.
