Southgate needs to put some of his ideas into interastructure. He can't just, ye, go when he goes. It's a strikeelis system going forward. I remember speaking to someone who worked for the fa inthe capello days,. and he said they would outline 50 plays at start the season and just keep tabs on em all the way through. Now it feels hat ther's so much english talent all over the place that it's much harder to do that.
