Economics needs more outsider perspectives. People coming in with backgrounds in other disciplines like physics like biology like engineering that can see some of the weaknesses and maybe even historians of science and philosophers of science yeah i think it would be a much healthier way of looking at things. George: I've come to the conclusion that the right analogy is a biological system not a physical system. Heimen Minsky's work says because you get these cycles of asset inflation allowing more credit to be created so effectively the balance sheet of the banks and the investors is the memory element that allows the financial markets to show the systems.
