Sitting up straight and everything else should probably fall into place. Don't sit with your legs like, splayed wide open. I remember when I went to Japan to teach English, they taught us not to cross our legs. It's considered rude in Japanese culture. We were taught to just have our legs kind of together to the side slightly as women. So if you're in a culture where that's rude, then don't do that because you'll feel weird, but that's okay.
