Cedric Leighton: The Russians are not following the laws of war. And that is really one of the reasons that the Ukrainians are fighting so hard for their land. He says NATO analysis shows Russian troops dying in Bakhmud 5 to 1 in terms of Russians to Ukrainians. Ukraine is about one forward the size of Russia in terms of population and military, he says.
