Disempowerment Remedies Are Not Legislative Override
If we do nothing because we think that the supreme court might not let us keep it in check, that's a recipe for failure. Disempowering the court is absolutely necessary if we want to get democracy back. And so these remedies like jurisdiction stripping and especially the super majority rule, are the ones i personally favor.
