Is the State Department Disbanding the Crisis Response Bureau?

The crisis and contingency response bureau was dismantled months ago. The state department knew they were going to hastily withdraw from afghanistan, it is alleged. Trump had put together a unit that would assist in the evacuation of non combatant evacuation operations. There is no reason to leave our people stranded behind enemy lines.
