The Governor's Executive Order Is Not Act of Nature, Is It?

The governor has no right to enact a law and no authority with the executive branch to enforce even the emergency orders. He calls it act of nature, which in two thousand five the legislation actually took away the power or the authority for governor to enact an act of nature. The judiciary is in lock step with the executor branch in allowing the governor to usurp the limitations of powers that are placed upon him by the state and federal constitutions.
