The Genius of America

I know people outside of the United States who have said to me the genius of America culturally is that you don't punish failure. We seem to be one of the few places that it's not quite I don't want to call it a badge of honor but it's not punished in the United States hey you tried something that didn't work try something else seems to be more of a philosophy here than in most the rest of the world. Since we're gonna talk in a moment about your new book which is all about culture, what are your thoughts on Silicon Valley?
