There have been four prominent bills over the last 12 years or so that involve veiling in particular, and religious symbols in general. The party at the time, the pati cabequi, which has a history of being an official separatist party, proposed what they called the charter of secular values. And this proposal wanted to limit or restrict a wide variety of qota religious symbols,. including jewish keepes, including six turbans, and including small artmeet large, but not small, crosses.
