The Russians Don't Want to Fight
Russia has 50 times more soldiers than Wagner, whatever it is. Putin can't remove them without losing the war, and then Putin loses that way. If you have the best military force in the world but they're not there, that doesn't help you a bit. It's starting to look like the Russians don't want to fight. They seem as willing to stand aside as they are willing to fight.
