A Look at Some of the Other Headlines Making News This Morning
A Libyan man who's accused of being involved in making the bomb that destroyed Pan Am flight 103 over Scotland 34 years ago is now in United States custody. Two years ago, the US government charged Abu Agilah Masoud for his alleged involvement in the bombing. The attack on December 21st, 1988 killed 270 people as the bomb detonated over the Scottish town of Lockerbie. A rioter who assaulted police officers at the Capitol during the January 6th insurrection has been sentenced to five years behind bars.
