There are some major corporations, i believe, coco cola is one of them, that are actually phasing out voice mail. Interestingasnew one on me, in favor of internal messaging systems for employees to communicate with each other and scheduling apts to manage conversations with outside parties. I think it's actualy gong to create more connections overtime, and it's going to help companies with not only their success in hiring, but also retention.
