How to Communicate the Value of Your Work With Young People
Architects. have embraced their idea that they are custodians at this space for younger people so they're not thinking oh you know it's not finished and I've already left to go to study or leave to get a job. Jane: "I think kind of showing people behind the scenes of how all this stuff works is like it's fantastic" The fact that architecture specifically is is a very sort of white middle class profession um in terms of the demographics makes us want to be however we can encouraging more diverse cohort of people to aspire to that profession, she says.
