The One Six Committee's Final Report on Counter Terrorism
Malcolm Gladwell: The one six committees final report addresses the threat of violent activity posed by all extremist groups. He says law enforcement's capacity to infiltrate and head off, you know, head off blocks is very different than it is with Islamic extremists or Latin American separatists. There is no counter terrorism law on the books for them to actually charge an American citizen with terrorism, unless they are materially supporting someone who is from an overseas terrorist group., he said.
