The Management System's Approach to Stress Management

I think this document in the end is going to be fantastic because we have these kinds of high powered experts, right, psychological, psychosocial, whatever you want to call it. They're talking about how should we go about identifying hazards in this? What are the ways to recognize issues among individuals or even groups of individuals that might be under stress and might be displaying, you know, adverse impacts? Right. And then on the other side, they're also trying to identify what are the things that we can do that can be more preventive of those issues.
