The Linmouth Flood
35 people died in the flood. The Ministry of Defense immediately denied that any military experiments had taken place. Many scientists still doubt whether the cloud-seeding experiments could have had such a drastic impact. But it is a strange coincidence that the flood happened right after the clouds receded with rain-making chemicals.
