Urban Planning

I think for me, I haven't really thought about in terms of the urban planning phase of that. Super-talls may not be the most efficient since you're kind of funneling everybody into that super-tall building. The mega projects are never going away, right? Those are still going to happen no matter what I think. So not forgetting about that missing middle is part of our challenge ahead.
