Janet Yellen's Statement on Decoupling From China

There are to be legislation that requires treasury to monitor high tech investment in China by American companies. Right now we're not doing it. We don't even know how much is going on. So when you have high profile billionaires or CEOs make a visit and say positive things, it's a green light to all the middle-sized companies jump back into China. It would be disastrous for us to attempt to decouple from China. Do you risk? Yes. Decouple. Absolutely not.
