It's so important that you know you're not necessarily an outside voice but you're also maybe not the day to day coaching staff voice that they hear, and I think that alignment is so important. Each individual person has their own way of weighing what builds trust with them for example. For some people you better have some knowledge and you have some content like you better have something they want to know how can this help meFor other people they resonate and they feel a sense of trust when you show that connection with them. You get to know them as a whole person and not just who they are at the field  and those are two different things that come into play.
