Vanguard Indexes - What's So Good About That?

Vanguard has about 30% of its assets in active managed funds. The idea would be, look at those funds and not don't get too far out of line. If you win what's so good about one and a half percent over 10 years, you have a 20% higher return. And we should win by a point and a half a year, not on brilliance, but on cost.
