Are the North Koreans Overestimating Their Potential Value?
The North Koreans see opportunity and it to be useful to the Sino-Russian statement of mutual values. It seems to me that that's a bit of a peculiar takeaway from at least where I sit because the Chinese have become increasingly impatient with them. But remember if you have a regime of this sort which is just rooted in personalism and hero worship and cult of personality, the chances that you're going to overestimate your cosmic significance are high.
