When did it become embarrassing to be joyful? Why are we all in a rush? Why does it feel so awkward to want connection, and smile at people and be HAPPY?! Why does seeking connection feel like such a terrifyingly vulnerable thing?
In today’s episode I discuss my fascination with LINGERING, and how practising it intentionally in small moments of my life - pausing to notice the flowers, smiling at someone in the queue or simply not using my phone while waiting for my coffee - has opened up portals of magic and awe in my life ✨💫
I believe that the discomfort we feel in moments of social awkwardness and cringe are actually thresholds that our souls need to cross and expand beyond - in order to evolve ⭐️
