Most people, including athletes, just need to focus on the basics and then they can tune up or tune down as necessary. One of the reasons you let an eye are such fans of eating breakfast is that we know a lot of people aren't hungry. We have an older 18 year old daughter who just does not like not interested in breakfast. She's interested in food about 10 or 11 o'clock. But what we found was, if she left the house without eating breakfast, chances are she was under calorie and under fueled by the time she got to her three o'clock water polo practice.
