The Role of Negotiation in the Labor Movement

I was rereading your first book ahead of this event, which is the, it breaks a little bit from the other books. The first book involves certain parts of the labor movement that you think are making very wrong headed strategic decisions. Do you see that approach changing in the labor movement towards something more like what you advocate for or is this still the dominant way most unions are handling their contract negotiations?
