When a restaurant opens up, how long does it have to kind of adjust the dials and the celes and get it right? My wife is like, we're done with that. We no avt to go back there, mike. Iit. Got to give it a couple of time, you know, right? But we'll say six months. If the service is really, really good and the food's ok, people will give it a second chance. And steak is the easiest enugh a piece of fish, or the quality of the produce. People will always be to tell that apart.
