I started weight training at the age of 12, and I was really dedicated until about the age of 1921. Now in a crossfit type regimen and some kettlebell work, I'm not by any stretch doing what I was doing when I was like 20. In other words, there's a difference between 2% body fat when you're 35 years old and you have 110 kilos of muscle mass versus he's 68 years old.
