Hunting is a controllable thing that we do issue specific license numbers based on population objectives, sex ratios, calf cow ratios, etc. Gary: Is there anything else you want to add from a biological perspective about what we were talking about just before about these populations? I stumped him. You know, whether that's through development, recreation, whatever it is, there is an intrinsic impact on the resource.
