I love that word, deliberate. I thinkhe point i would have on that is that we see so many in our practice. You see people who their work is something that gives them a lot of value. And i also remember fritz wen from retirement manifesto. He talks about this quite a bit too, be deliberate on those hobbiesand passions and those things.
