How to Recall Information That You Can't Recall

This was the first exam i did where i couldn't just see the information. So psychologically, i wasn't am psychologicall, s fearful that i wouldn't be ableto pull that afor sheet out or that bit of knowledge out. And notwithstanding everything else we said about actually n tragedies for trying to recall information that you couldn't, that isn't on the tip of your tongue, and at don't frame it like you can't recall all the information. But this definitly helped me to just believe that even though i couldn't see it all in front of me, it was there, ready to access and when i needed it.
