The Secret of Japanese Superfood

As a native Japanese, I not only have grown up eating seaweed, you know, fermented food, green tea, natto and miso, but also developing pallet to appreciate the best quality and authentic Japanese cuisine. Because of my family business, food was always the center of our lives and we celebrated eating whole foods instead of fast food. So, this has informed my life and I wanted to share it with others with my book. It's that the book is all about amazing charm, those just kind of comboo.
