The Effects of a High Fat Diet on Performance

The author and his team found that a high fat diet with low muscle glycogen can't sustain performance over six times 800 meter repetitions. They recorded the highest rates of fat oxidation ever reported in humans, ever. 30% of our 10 athletes were prediabetic on the high carbohydrate diet. And the high fat diet went completely, they were completely normal. So now we have to change that advice.
