Ian Botham's Test Debut at Lord's
Ian Botham had a great record against India, but he's just coming off what two years from that unbelievable all-round performance at the Vankar Esteria. England get to 433 odd and then both of them takes five and England win. For the first time in this series, England have a start. It was a tired Indian attack. You still had the great capital to have taking the new ball with Madan Lal in there. But by 1982 is no longer captain. Alan Lamb and Derek Pringle have both made their test debuts in that series at Lord's Under New Captain Bob Willis, who's taken over from Keith Fletcher.
