Moral Hypocrisy - The Art of Commanding
Obedience has been most practised and fostered among mankind hitherto. The need thereof is now innate in every one, as a kind of formal conscience. This need tries to satisfy itself according to its strength, impatience, and eagerness. In Europe at present, I call it the moral hypocrisy of the commanding class.
