CSS Layout - The Hardest Part

Boxlow: I'm more of a java scrip develop which is why this conversation is so fascinating to me. When i was learning cis, i think i found cs positioning and layout the hard part for me because there're a lot of confusing about rerelative positioning and absolute positioning. You also need to make sure whenever you are working with the serious positioning that your vepage keeps responsive to the various devices.
