There definitely has been a shift in your right over the past few years and how we're managing these patients. There absolutely wasn't movement years ago that patients seem to be woken up every one to two hours to make sure that they were alive especially pediatric patients. So what I like to tell patients is relative rest. It's no longer a space of you need to go lay on the couch in a dark room for the next week or try to heal your brain. What I tell people is to allow symptoms to be their guide.
