The russian military is completely dependent on artillery. The north creans are unlikely to give them massive stocks of amo because guess what? They're also heavily dependent on artily for their own war plans. And this likely means that the russians may have a lot of shells, but theibility of those shells is highly questionable. But if russia is starting to run on their supplies, it could be significantly better than expected.
